Our product comes fully guaranteed ,If it arrives defective,damaged or not what you ordered we are happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement product conditional upon the shipment being returned to us in it's original packaging.

We do not offer refunds on used products.

Simply return the goods to buybearspray.com  within 30 days of purchase  Contact us at support@buybearspray.com for our shipping addrerss. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, minus the costs for shipping which you will be responsible for if you decide to send the order back to us.
